Details : This US canteen is the standard model distributed to all American soldiers. However, the inscriptions engraved there make it a unique object. The “TO” emblem of the 90th Infantry Division landed on Utah Beach in 1944, followed by an officer serial number and a date “1943”. The canteen was found in the Manche, Sector of Hébécrevon.
