In detail: A M44 Waffen SS jacket called “pea” coming from the battlefield, found at Authie near Caen. It suffered the hardships of the fighting between the S.S.-Panzergrenadierregiment 25 of the 12th Panzer-Division Hitlerjugend Division and the Canadians of the North Nova Scotia Highlanders, 9th Canadian Infantry of the 3rd Infantry Division.
